The Historical Park, A Timeless Garden

Commissioned in the 19th century by Count Armodio Callori, the Historic Park of Uviglie Castle is an elegant English garden designed by the renowned Roda Brothers, who also designed the most elegant parks for the House of Savoy.
Protected by the Superintendence of Cultural Heritage since 1950 and listed among the “Most Beautiful Gardens in Italy,” it is a unique example of landscape design in the heart of Monferrato.

The Park

A landscape designed
to inspire

Strolling through the park is a sensory journey through shady avenues, natural terraces, and views of the Monferrato countryside.
The Hanging Garden, with its Italianate geometry reinterpreted by the Rodas, adds a touch of classical elegance to this romantic landscape.

Chosen for their vision and mastery, the Roda Brothers transformed the park into a landscape masterpiece.
Every detail—perspectives, botanical juxtapositions, scenic corners—reflects the refined taste of the era and a timeless aesthetic.
