gegr\u00fcndet.<br \/>Im Laufe der Jahrhunderte gelangte es in den Besitz der Familie Pico und ab 1499 dank der offiziellen Adoption durch die Familie Gonzaga aus Mantua in den Besitz der Familie Pico-Gonzaga.<br \/>Im Laufe der Zeit entwickelte es sich nicht nur zu einer Adelsresidenz, sondern auch zu einem Zentrum historischer, spiritueller und kultureller Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten.
