Jahrhundert auf Sardinien geboren und war der erste Bischof des Piemont. Als Verteidiger der christlichen Orthodoxie widerstand er entschlossen dem Exil und brachte dem Westen eine neue Vision des Klerus, inspiriert vom Klosterleben.<br \/>Er war auch f\u00fcr die Errichtung der ersten Heiligt\u00fcmer im Piemont und, der \u00dcberlieferung nach, f\u00fcr die Einf\u00fchrung des Kults der Schwarzen Madonna
